All products from the Vanguard Shield™ family are guaranteed against material and workmanship defects for the lifetime of the device as used by the original owner. This means that if your Vanguard Shield™ ever tears, peals, or scratches, you can send it in for a new replacement!

Is the warranty truly free?
Yes, all Vanguard Shield™ replacements are FREE of charge. Your out-of-pocket expenses may include:

  • Postage to mail your old product
  • Shipping and handling for the replacement
  • Potential customs/brokerage fees for receiving the replacement shipped to you

This warranty does NOT cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, or willful destruction from unwarranted “stress tests”. Products with damages NOT covered under warranty will be replaced at the current market rate, plus shipping and handling.
